Basic Jamboree Rules

 

Jamboree:  Rules
1) Game Play: "Jamboree Matchup"
        Each team is allotted 12 plays on defense (regardless of play outcomes) and allotted 12 plays         on offense.
        For Example:  Team A is on offense for 12 plays against Team B who is on Defense
                  After 12 plays, Team A switch's to Defense and Team B is on Offense
                  Once each team has played it's allotted plays you should leave the field immediately for 
                  the next teams to take the field
                 Any post game team meeting/huddle/speech should be done off the field
2) Each team will supply 1 coach to serve as an on-field referee.  Bring your whistle.
3) Each team is allowed 1 coach on the field. No coaching by the on-field coach during game play.
4) Absolutely no blitzing
5) No special Teams
6) No extra points
7) Each game is played on half a field. Series start on the 40 yard line for 100 yard fields and the 30 yard line for 80 yard teams.
8) Fumbles and Interceptions are dead ball fouls and will not cause a change in possession.
9) Touchdowns result on respotting the ball on the 4o/30 yard line
10) No posted score will be displayed
11) Team pre-game warm ups will be conducted on the surrounding areas around the fields.  
        Your team should take the field ready to play at your scrimmage start time
12) All game play should be in accordance with the National Pop Warner rules
13) Each team should bring their own regulation game ball for their offensive series
Notes:
1) The 80 yard field does not have grand stands.  Teams should advise player families to bring chairs.
2) Concession will be provided
3) Make sure we leave the fields free of trash, tape.
