Thank you to everyone who placed bids during our fundraiser and made this event a success, raising just over $1200.00!

Bidding closed on Thursday, 9/23 @ 9:00 pm.  Winning bidders will be notified on 9/24 and can pay for and pick up items from the Liberty concessions stands on Saturday, 9/25.  A special thank you goes out to our generous donors of these great products and services and to the volunteers who gathered these items from local businesses.

Friday, September 17, 2010 - Silent Auction Information

Bidding Closes:  Thursday, 9/23 @ 9:00 pm
Item Pick-up:    Saturday, 9/25 - All items should be paid for and picked up during your team's game at the concessions stand at Liberty High School or South Valley Junior High.

Method of bidding:  Please email your highest bid to auction@libertypopwarner.com and include the item #, your bid amount, your name, coach's name & phone #.  Please bid in increments of at least $2.00.  Bids will be updated daily with the current highest bid amount.  The highest bid received by 9:00 pm on September 23 will be the winner of the item.  If there is more than one bid of the same amount, the first bid received will be placed. 

A special thank you goes out to our generous donors of these great products and services.  Check out the great deals to be bid on.  Last year's auction raised about $1800 and we hope to beat that number this year.  Good luck bidding...all money collected will be used for LPW equipment & cheer purchases.

WINNERS WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION ON FRIDAY 9/24.  Thank you for bidding and making this fundraising event a successful one for our Liberty Pop Warner boys and girls.
